MyStamp Rewards ("we", "us", "our") operates the MyStamp mobile application and the web dashboard at mystamprewards.com. We help local businesses run digital loyalty stamp card programs for their customers.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform:
We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (available in the app under Profile → Delete Account), we permanently delete your stamps, reward history, and personal information within 30 days.
Business accounts that cancel their subscription retain access until the end of their billing period, after which their data is retained for 90 days for billing compliance, then deleted.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and row-level security policies in our database. Your payment details are never stored on our servers — all transactions are handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
MyStamp is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

The app may display business addresses that link to Google Maps. Once you leave our platform, this privacy policy no longer applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top and notify users via the app if the changes are material. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
